• Voice/audio files: Retained indefinitely as part of maintaining service continuity and enhancing AI model performance, unless specifically requested by the user for deletion, or as required under applicable law
• Interaction logs: Retained for 3 months for diagnostics
• Account information: Retained indefinitely for diagnostics, analytics, and service improvement, unless the user specifically requests deletion of their data, or such retention becomes legally impermissible

De-identified or aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.

7. Data Security

We adopt reasonable security practices including:

• Encryption during transmission (SSL/TLS)
• Secure access-controlled facilities for storage
• Employee and vendor confidentiality agreements

In the event of a data breach, we will notify users and authorities of the breach as required under the DPDP Act.

Eligibility for Use:

The Platform and its Offerings are intended for use by individuals aged 18 years and above. By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Users below 18 years may access or use the Platform only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Data from Individuals of All Age Groups:

While usage of the Platform is limited to adults, the nature of Tensor Studio's technology—particularly its voice, audio, and AI-processing capabilities—means that the system may receive or process voice data or inputs containing speech or other information belonging to individuals of any age group, including minors. Such data may be processed, analyzed, or stored by Soket Labs in accordance with this Policy for legitimate operational purposes, including model enhancement, diagnostics, and service improvement.

The Company does not intentionally collect identifiable information directly from minors but may process incidental data involving them, which shall be handled with the same level of care, security, and compliance as other personal data.
