Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Tensor Studio, we strive to provide seamless and efficient AI solutions to our clients. However, in the event of cancellation or refund, the following terms will apply:
Cancellations
- Subscriptions or service plans may be cancelled anytime through your account settings or by writing to us at hello@tensorstudio.ai
- Once a cancellation request is processed, no further charges will be billed from the next billing cycle
Refunds
- Refunds will be considered only in cases of duplicate transactions or proven technical errors from our side
- No refunds will be issued for services already availed or subscription cycles already consumed
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days
